1. About The Ayur Yogi

The company is founded by Paskalina Maliganis and based in Skivarp, Sweden. The company's postal address is Landsvägen 35, 274 50 Skivarp Skurup, Sweden.

2. Ordering

Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all the details about the products, price, billing and delivery address.

If there is any error in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately by email to paskalina@theayuryogi.com

3. Cancellation

A confirmed order automatically leads to a binding contract between the customer and The Ayur Yogi, regulated by the Terms & Conditions.

4. Modification or rescheduling of education

Modifications made by The Ayur Yogi due to the number of participants, scheduling of dates and similar may occur at any time. No refunds will be made based on occurring changes. 

5. Prices

All prices are quoted in EUR and are inclusive of 6 respective 25% VAT (for Sweden) depending on which product.

We reserve the right to change prices due to misprints in the price list and reserve the right to adjust the price as soon as we discover the misprint.

6. Right of withdrawal

When purchasing services on the website, you as a customer have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order confirmation.

6.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:

You must notify us of your withdrawal as soon as possible. The notice must be sent to us at paskalina@theayuryogi.com. Your notice must include your name, address, e-mail address, order number and the services to which the right of withdrawal applies.

6.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

In case of withdrawal, this must be submitted at least 30 days before the start date of the education or other service.

Educations and other services that have been completed and where you have expressly agreed that the service is outside the right of withdrawal.

7. Limitation of liability

We accept no liability for indirect damages that may arise from the service or education provided.

We accept no liability for delays/failures due to circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include, but are not limited to, labor disputes, fire, war, government orders, reduced or non-delivery from the supplier.

8. Non-Compliance 

In case of a violation of the Terms & Conditions, The Ayur Yogi reserves the right to refuse the registrant's participation and/or take legal action.

9. Product information

We reserve the right to make printing errors on this website. We always try our best to display the services as accurately as possible.

10. Health disclaimer

The Ayur Yogi encourages you to consult your healthcare provider and seek medical advice from your doctor with any questions or concerns regarding your health condition before starting a program with us. We take no responsibility nor accept liability due to health issues that we were not informed of. Liability is accepted with a medicine certificate. 

11. Amendments to the General Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to the Terms at any time. Changes to the Terms will be published online on the Website. The amended terms and conditions will be deemed to have been accepted at the time of ordering or visiting the website.

12. Disputes and choice of law

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved by agreement between the company's customer service and the customer, you as a customer may appeal to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Swedish: Allmänna reklamationsnämnden). If you live in an EU country other than Sweden, you can file a complaint online via the European Commission's dispute mediation platform, see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

In the event of a dispute, we will follow the decision of ARN, Sweden or the equivalent dispute resolution body.

Any dispute concerning the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and statute.
